V形瓦楞波形的特徵是：平面抗压力值高，使用中节省粘合剂用量，节约瓦楞原纸。但这种波形的瓦楞做成的瓦楞纸板缓冲性差，瓦楞在受压或受冲击变霰后不容易恢复。
